Business Development Manager – Heating and CoolingJob Title: Business Development Manager – Heating and Cooling Systems Industry Sector: SME End Users, Industrial End Users, Blue-Chip and Corporate Customers, Installation and M&E Contractors, Facilities Maintenance Providers, Engineering Consultants Building Services, Air Handling Units, AHU, HVAC, M&E, Industrial End Users, Manufacturing Plants, Logistics Warehousing, Automotive Dealerships, Distribution Centre’s, Luminous Heaters, Tube Heaters, Warm Air Heaters, Heating Systems, Hydrogen Powered Heating Solutions, HVAC, HVLS Fans, Radiant Heating, Hydrogen Heating Systems, Electric Heat Pumps, Electric Infrared Heaters, Plaque Heaters, Air Curtains, AHU Air Handing Units and Rooftop UnitsArea to be covered: North West & MidlandsRemuneration: £45,000-£55,000 + £20,000 Bonus (possible guarantee 1st year)Benefits: £540 Car allowance or EV/ Hybrid Car & Full Benefits The role of the Business Development Manager – Heating and Cooling Systems will involve:Field sales role, promoting a high end manufactured range of natural gas, electric and hydrogen radiant heaters as well as; tube heaters, plague heaters, warm air heaters, air curtains, AHUs, big fans HVLS, VRF heat pumps, hybrid heat pumps, air conditioning and chillersEquipment focussed sale, although they have a small installation business Third of your time selling direct into end users within manufacturing, distribution, logistics, industrial, hospitality etc. Clients include BMW (Mini), Amazon, Rolls Royce, DHL, Dunlop, Komatsu, Tesco, Honda, Chelsea FC, Amazon etc.Third of your time selling into M&E contractors, predominantly mechanical installersThird of your time influencing specifiers such as M&E consultants, local authorities etc. (looking to grow the specification sales side of the business)Predominantly a new business develop
