  • The Opportunity
  • We’re seeking a Business Development Manager based in the UK to help expand eShepherd across the Europe region. This role combines strategic growth with hands-on engagement.
  • What You’ll Do
  • Drive adoption of eShepherd™ across the UK and Europe - turn interest into action
  • Build strong relationships with farmers and industry partners
  • Convert leads into loyal customers and grow revenue
  • Shape go-to-market strategies and support pilot programs
  • Gather insights to improve product and customer experience

  • Engage early adopters and champion their success
  • Help launch market entry plans and scale awareness
  • Turn pilot projects into long-term partnerships
  • Represent eShepherd at key AgTech events
  • What We’re Looking for
  • Strong interest or experience in AgTech or livestock farming
  • Background in business development or customer-facing roles
  • Fluency in English + one other European language (additional languages a plus)
  • Confident communicator and proactive collaborator
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe
  • Degree in Agriculture, Business, or Marketing is a plus
