- The Opportunity
- We’re seeking a Business Development Manager based in the UK to help expand eShepherd across the Europe region. This role combines strategic growth with hands-on engagement.
- What You’ll Do
- Drive adoption of eShepherd™ across the UK and Europe - turn interest into action
- Build strong relationships with farmers and industry partners
- Convert leads into loyal customers and grow revenue
- Shape go-to-market strategies and support pilot programs
- Gather insights to improve product and customer experience
- In Your First Months You’ll
- Engage early adopters and champion their success
- Help launch market entry plans and scale awareness
- Turn pilot projects into long-term partnerships
- Represent eShepherd at key AgTech events
- What We’re Looking for
- Strong interest or experience in AgTech or livestock farming
- Background in business development or customer-facing roles
- Fluency in English + one other European language (additional languages a plus)
- Confident communicator and proactive collaborator
- Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe
- Degree in Agriculture, Business, or Marketing is a plus
