We provide managed offshore Customer Support teams, Data Entry specialists, and Back-Office Operations support, allowing founders to focus on product and growth while we handle the operational load. We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to generate outbound leads, book qualified discovery calls, and lightly engage with inbound enquiries and founder content to support overall pipeline growth. Your Responsibilities 1️⃣ Outbound Lead Generation (Primary Focus) Build targeted lead lists of SaaS founders, COOs, Ops Managers, and Support Leads Run cold email sequences Perform LinkedIn outreach (messages + connection strategies) Conduct occasional cold calls Personalise messaging when needed 2️⃣ Pipeline Nurturing (Option C) Follow up with warm leads Keep “not yet” prospects warm Maintain short nurture sequences Move prospects toward booking meetings Keep CRM or tracking sheet updated 3️⃣ Book Qualified Meetings Your KPI: 👉 Book discovery calls with SaaS decision-makers evaluating outsourcing options. 4️⃣ Inbound Engagement (Supportive Role) Respond to inbound enquiries Engage with founder content to increase visibility React/comment strategically to warm up prospects Light social selling (no content creation required) 5️⃣ Weekly Activity + KPI Reporting Outbound volume Meetings booked Follow-up stats Pipeline status Requirements Strong B2B outbound sales or SDR/BDR experience Experience targeting SaaS/tech companies Confident messaging founders & operators Comfortable across cold email, LinkedIn, and calls Good written English Experience using lead gen/outreach tools (Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, etc.) Self-driven with strong organisational skills Compensation We’re open to multiple models: Monthly retainer Part-time or full-time Commission per meeting Hybrid (retainer + bonus per meeting) We want a long-term partnership with a high performer.
