As a Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our success by driving revenue growth and delivering tailored automation solutions to some of the biggest names in eCommerce, retail, and logistics.This is a full-time permanent position. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:30. However,some flexibility is required, this is logistics after all Pay, benefits and more:We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £70,000, depending on experience, plus a company bonus scheme and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:Identify and qualify new business opportunities across key sectors such as eCommerce, 3PL, and manufacturingBuild and nurture long-term relationships with senior decision-makers to understand their automation needsDevelop and execute strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targetsCollaborate with technical and design teams to create bespoke solutions that deliver maximum ROI Represent Invar Group at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibilityWhat you need to succeed at GXO:A proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
