Due to continued growth, they are expanding their Sales & Marketing team and are looking to appoint a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate new client acquisition across multiple sectors.This is a hybrid role (2 days per week in the office).The Role - Business Development ManagerReporting directly to the Head of Business Development, the successful candidate will take full ownership of new business generation, with a strong focus on outbound B2B sales activity. You will identify, engage and convert Senior Marketing Managers, Business Owners and Directors into long-term agency clients.You will be selling high-value digital marketing solutions, including: SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) PPC / Paid Search Paid Social Digital PRThis is a consultative, relationship-led sales role, not transactional selling.Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Proactively generate new business through LinkedIn outreach, email, cold calling and face-to-face meetings Build and manage a self-generated sales pipeline Identify ideal client profiles and engage key decision-makers Deliver tailored, value-led sales messaging throughout the sales journey Lead discovery calls, sales meetings and client pitches Scope opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling audits and proposals Present digital marketing s
