This role plays a key part in driving organisational growth through new business acquisition, strategic partnerships, and expansion of existing accounts. The successful candidate will be confident operating in a fast-paced environment, engaging with senior stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to deliver tailored, value-led solutions. You will act as a key representative of the organisation, leading both remote and face-to-face meetings, understanding customer challenges, and supporting long-term growth ambitions within technical education. Key Responsibilities Own the full sales journey to identify, pursue and secure new and existing business opportunitiesProspect and generate your own leads, alongside converting inbound enquiriesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including education providers and public-sector bodiesDeliver against individual and team sales targets and KPIsApply a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutionsIdentify opportunities to maximise growth across a portfolio of products and servicesNegotiate and finalise commercial agreements, ensuring profitable outcomesAnalyse sales and market data to inform targeted decision-makingMaintain accurate records within the CRM systemProvide regular performance updates and reports to senior managementCapture market intelligence to support future sales and marketing activity Key Requirements Full UK
