Hi, I’m looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help us generate qualified leads and booked meetings for our Digital Transformation & Process Optimisation consultancy. We work primarily with: • Law Firms, and • Marketing/Creative Agencies These SMEs often struggle with outdated processes, manual admin, inefficient systems, and fragmented workflows. Our role is to help them: • Audit their current operations • Map out broken processes • Identify bottlenecks • Recommend digital improvements • Create a transformation roadmap Our typical projects range from £3,000–£10,000, with opportunities for larger system modernisation projects. Your Responsibilities Your role will be focused on the front end of the sales pipeline: 1. Identify leads in our target industries 2. Outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels 3. Qualify prospects based on needs and budget 4. Book discovery calls directly into my calendar 5. Follow up to ensure high show-up rates 6. Maintain organised notes and handover details You are not responsible for running sales calls or closing, that’s handled internally. Ideal Candidate You should have: • Experience generating leads for consulting or professional services • Strong understanding of B2B outreach • Comfortable with LinkedIn messaging, cold email, and cold calling • Ability to speak confidently about digital transformation, process improvement, and operational efficiency • Excellent communication skills • A proactive, self-managed approach Experience selling into law firms or marketing agencies is a major plus.
