We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to help us grow this offering. Key Responsibility (First Month Target): 1. Generate a qualified clients/enquiries for the website subscription in the first month. 2. Gradually increase the monthly target as per company growth. Responsibilities: 1. Research and identify potential clients across multiple platforms. 2. Explore opportunities on Upwork for clients seeking web development work and submit competitive proposals. 3. Plan and execute outreach campaigns using approved digital channels. 4. Maintain and manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent engagement and follow-up. 5. Track and report weekly progress against targets. 6. Collaborate with the management team to refine outreach and growth strategies. Requirements: 1. Proven experience in business development or sales for digital services (preferably web design/IT services). 2. Familiarity with online outreach methods and lead research techniques. 3. Strong ability to generate leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into clients. 4. Ability to meet targets and work independently with minimal supervision. 5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
