OmniRises Technologies (India) in partnership with Delta Infotek (San Diego, USA) is seeking a driven and self-motivated Business Development Executive to help us acquire new clients and set qualified appointments with businesses looking for software development, AI, and digital transformation services. This is a commission-only opportunity with high earning potential for the right performer. About Us We are a global tech consulting and product engineering company founded by industry veterans with more than 20+ years of experience. With strong onshore–offshore delivery capabilities, we specialize in full-stack development, SaaS platforms, AI/ML engineering, system integrations, DevOps, and enterprise modernization. What We’re Looking For A business development professional who can consistently source quality leads and book sales calls with decision-makers such as founders, CTOs, CEOs, and product managers. Your Responsibilities • Generate leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, cold outreach, email, and your network • Identify and qualify businesses needing: Web & Mobile App Development SaaS Product Development AI/ML, Automation & Chatbot Solutions System Integrations & API Development Cloud, DevOps, and Infra Engineering • Schedule appointments with our technical or sales team • Assist with early communication and requirement gathering • Maintain lead tracking and follow-ups Our Capabilities • End-to-end software development using React, Node, Python, Java, and microservices • AI/ML solutions including GPT-based applications, automation, and document intelligence • SaaS platform engineering (we built and scaled GoContinuum.ai—client raised $8M) • Enterprise modernization & system integrations • Salesforce development and AI interview platform (AptiView.ai) • Strong onshore–offshore team for cost-effective delivery Compensation / Partnership Terms • Commission-based role (percentage on each closed deal) • Higher rewards for larger enterprise or long-term projects • No fixed working hours—performance matters • Potential for long-term collaboration based on consistency • No upfront costs — earn as you deliver Ideal Candidate • Experience in lead generation or business development for IT services • Familiar with technology, SaaS, AI, and software development terminology • Strong communication skills and consultative selling approach • Ability to bring direct client contacts OR generate leads through freelance platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.) • Self-driven and target-oriented How to Apply Please share: • Your past experience with lead generation or IT sales • Platforms you use (Upwork profile, LinkedIn, databases, etc.) • Your lead generation approach • Your expected commission model If you’re ambitious, proactive, and want to partner with a fast-growing global technology company, we’d love to hear from you!
