Are you confident on the phone and motivated by results?We're working on behalf of our client who is currently looking to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their growing freight and logistics team in Armagh. You'll play a key role in driving new business, building client relationships, and helping expand our customer base.Responsibilities Make outbound calls to identify and convert new business opportunitiesFollow up on warm leads and manage your own sales pipelineBuild lasting relationships with clients and understand their freight needsPrepare and deliver tailored proposals and quotationsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer serviceLiaise with internal teams regarding sales and marketingProvide regular reports on sales activity and performance to management.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.Track activity and performance through HubSpot CRM Criteria Confident communicator with strong phone and people skillsResilient, self-motivated, and target-drivenExperience in outbound sales, telesales, or lead generationExperienced with using Microsoft TeamsProficient in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and MS OfficeKnowledge of the freight/logistics industry is an advantage Benefits Working Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pm£30,000 base salary + bonusesHybrid working (1 day per week from home)Career progression opportunitiesSupportive, team-focused cultureExtra day off for your birthdayHealth plan Ready to take your next step in business development?
