Business Development Associate Location: Stevenage Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: Travel: 6 to 8 International Trips per Year, Europe and Middle East Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Office based five days per week unless travelling Flexibility considered where required About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Business Development Associate to join their growing team. This is a highly developmental position designed for an ambitious individual with long-term leadership potential. The role offers significant exposure to international markets and high-value projects, with structured training and mentorship provided over an 18 to 24 month period. The successful candidate will work closely with senior colleagues to support new business activity and manage client relationships across Europe and the Middle East. Projects can be valued up to £500,000, requiring professionalism, emotional maturity, and a consultative approach.
