Description Business Continuity & Security Resilience Specialist Location: Farnborough, with flexibility to work from home dependent on business demands Looking for an opportunity to make an impact? The Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Business Continuity & Security Resilience Specialist to lead and mature our Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) in alignment with ISO 22301 standards. You will play a critical role in ensuring operational resilience internally and across our vast portfolio of programmes, safeguarding mission-critical services and infrastructure. What will you be doing? Lead the development, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the BCMS in accordance with ISO 22301Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and risk assessments across all functions, programmes and bids ensuring alignment with contractual requirements.Design and maintain continuity and recovery strategies, including crisis management, business continuity, disaster recovery and emergency response procedures.Coordinate and facilitate exercises and simulations, including tabletop and live scenario testing, to validate continuity plans.Monitor compliance and readiness, ensuring all plans meet internal audit standards and external regulatory requirements.Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners, including customers, regulatory bodies and special interest groups, to ensure continuity expectations are met.Report on BCMS performance, including metrics, gaps, and improvement actions, to senior leadership and governance boards.Stay current with evolving threats, technologies, and regulatory changes affecting business continuity throughout our business area What do we need from you?
