- Support Business Continuity Planning program requirements by providing guidance to Business Unit Stakeholders to ensure their Business Continuity Plans adhere to the Firm's Business Continuity Management Policy and Procedures Support or contribute to local, regional and global managed projects as required to ensure delivery of BC Planning objectives Supporting the BC tooling platform 's development roadmap: o Assist in BC tooling QA and UA Testing o Assist with managing the product backlog, prioritizing features based on value, effort, and dependencies o Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous delivery and improvement o Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform future enhancements o Support product documentation Design and provide Business Continuity Planning tool training as required Support the BC Planning team in preparing regional stakeholder briefings Coordinate monthly reporting collation and distribution for program governance and monitoring purposes Extend BC Planning support during a disruptive event, including escalation, communication and documenting lessons learned Role will require occasional travel to support Recovery Site tests in other EMEA locations Bachelor's degree in a technology related field Project management experience Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Visio) Advanced Microsoft applications knowledge (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments Knowledge or understanding of Business Continuity Planning lifecycle Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
