This role sits within the 1st Line of Defence Risk and Control function and supports the organisation in preparing for operational disruptions, strengthening resilience during incidents, and ensuring the effective protection of customers, business operations, and regulatory obligations. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering and embedding a robust Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Incident Management framework across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Business Continuity Management Own and deliver Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) across all non-IT business functions. Facilitate Risk Analysis workshops with stakeholders across the business. Work closely with Technology Resilience teams to ensure alignment with Disaster Recovery (DR) plans. Support the development, maintenance, and approval of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) for all business areas. Design, execute, and document BCP testing and exercising activities.<
