- Project manage initiatives across various support partners with particular focus on wind down activity relating to APAC and EMEA entities Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines and reporting mechanisms to ensure orderly, compliant and efficient execution Direct activities throughout project lifecycles, escalating issues and ensuring effective delivery to time and budget Ability to identify issues and/or headwinds and create recommendations or solutions Coordinate and manage third party providers and internal partners to execute account and relationship closure activities Liaise with external auditors to ensure closure activity aligns with regulatory requirements. Identification, tracking, investigation and resolution of legacy queries liaising with internal and external partners where appropriate Organized and capable of multi-tasking several responsibilities in a fast-paced setting The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, innovative and an independent thinker with strong attention to detail. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Strong Excel and Power Point skills) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with senior managers Ability to partner with cross functional teams, such as Third-Party Oversight, Technology, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, etc. Experience of dealing with external parties including banking partners, auditors and Industry vendors/service providers Technically proficient in Shareplan administration, specifically the Shareworks platform with a detailed knowledge of related applications' trade and settlement activity.
