Project Overview We are looking for a skilled Business Central and Jet Reports professional to support our Merchandising Department. You’ll be responsible for creating, improving, and automating key merchandising and business reports — ensuring data is accurate, insightful, and available for decision-making. The role is ideal for someone with strong data analysis skills and an understanding of retail/merchandising operations. Responsibilities Build, update, and maintain reports and dashboards in Jet Reports using data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Work closely with the Merchandisers to deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including: Weekly Trade Packs Sales and Stock Reports Sell-Through Reports Range and Buy Packs Markdowns and Promotions Reports Online Stock and Performance Reports Ensure reports are accurate, formatted professionally, and automated where possible. Provide ad hoc reporting and data analysis as needed. Support the team with data extraction, cleaning, and validation from Business Central. Recommend improvements to reporting processes and KPIs. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Strong hands-on experience with Jet Reports (required). Excellent Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, charts, etc.). Ability to understand and work with merchandising and retail data. High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity. Strong communication skills — able to interpret requests and deliver reports that meet business needs. Experience in retail, merchandising, or fashion industry reporting is a big plus. Project Duration & Scope Initial contract: 4–8 weeks, with potential for ongoing work. Flexible hours, remote working. May extend into ongoing support or training for internal staff.
