Business Analyst - VP - Fixed Income Mid Tier Bank - City £550 - £850 per day (via Umbrella) My client, a great mid-tier bank, is looking to employ a BA who has good knowledge of the front-to-back processing of Sales and Trading business and a good understanding of Bonds and Repo's. Job Purpose During the planning phase this role will be performing the analysis required to document the changes required to support the mandatory clearing of UST’s.This role will create and document detailed requirements and deliverables such as, preparing and updating a Target Operating Model (TOM), preparing and updating Business Requirement Documents (BRD), documentation of required Policies, Procedures and Manuals (PPM)Furthermore, working on business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions within the strategy-based project. Follow up and mitigation is also essential.Bridges the gap between IT and the business using data to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.This role must communicate within a multi-disciplinary team, gain consensus for the best solution and implement the required changes within the required timeframe, budget and quality parameters. The individual will ensure that the business case, plans and control processes have sufficient detail and have evaluated the potential impact of the changes made, including a traceability matrix (if relevant), and will involve the appropriate staff or teams during the QA, testing and delivery of changes, including helping to resolve any issues.
