Business Analyst - Unisure, Pensions, Insurance Up to £550 per day - Inside IR35 3 days a week on site 6 months initially with a view to extend My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy who urgently require a Business Analyst with extensive Pensions experience for a transformation programme for a high-profile Insurer. Key Requirements: Proven commercial experience working as a Business Analyst ideally within the Insurance domain (specifically Pensions).The ability to gather, prioritise, and manage business requirements through workshops, documentation, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Previous experience working on Unisure migrations.The ability to analyse and model business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose optimisation solutions that enhance service delivery.Strong data interpretation skills to generate actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making across project phases.Familiarity with working within an Agile environment.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to design and implement solutions, ensuring clear documentation and adherence to client methodologies and governance frameworks.
