Business Analyst / Technical We’re looking for an experienced BA with a broad knowledge of technology with a strong appreciation of CRM.We’re looking for a Business Analyst to help shape and deliver change. In this role, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to understand requirements, analyse processes, and translate business needs into clear, actionable outcomes.You’ll play a key role in improving systems, processes, and customer experiences, ensuring solutions are aligned to business goals and deliver real value.As the technical BA you will be recruited to act as a strong link between the business and the delivery into the technical environment.You will primarily be recruited to assess the needs of the business and be able to challenge integration partners and hold them accountable, thus you will need to be a proven BA with good charterer with a strong all round CRM appetite Key ResponsibilityOwn technical CRM delivery across projects and operationsTranslate business workflows into CRM configurationProduce and review technical design documentationSupport system integrations, data quality, and automation testingWork with internal IT teams, third-party suppliers, and cyber security stakeholdersSkills & ExperienceStrong experience as a BA, ideally with CRM knowledgeStrong understanding of technology as a whole with the willingness to build on your technical experience.Confident communicator with a collaborative working stylePlease contact me for more detailed information
