• Act as a Proxy Product Owner within Agile squads, supporting the delivery of strategic KYC initiatives. Lead business analysis for onboarding, due diligence, and event-driven review processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document user stories, business requirements, and solution options. Support planning, roadmapping, and prioritization of change initiatives. Design and coordinate UAT and Front-to-Back testing, ensuring quality delivery. Maintain project documentation including status reports, RAID logs, and governance materials. Help define and track squad KPIs and benefits to ensure maximum value delivery. Coach junior analysts and contribute to a collaborative team culture. Experience in KYC, Client Due Diligence, or Client Lifecycle Management. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and process transformation. Proven ability to manage complex requirements and deliver change in fast-paced environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. Experience in Agile delivery and writing user stories. Familiarity with Event Driven Reviews, KYC Refresh, and account opening processes. Awareness of international KYC regulations and industry best practices.
