This role sits at the intersection of Market Risk, Technology, and the wider business, playing a key part in shaping, implementing, and embedding robust risk solutions into the production environment. You will act as a subject matter expert for Market Risk within technology-led change, ensuring that new processes, controls, and systems are delivered efficiently and operate effectively once live. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the execution of high-profile strategic Market Risk initiativesLead business analysis activities, including stakeholder engagement, solution definition, and documentation of detailed functional requirementsDesign, manage, and execute testing strategies, partnering closely with development and production teams throughout deliveryCoordinate handover of new systems, processes, and controls into the live environment, ensuring operational readinessIdentify, investigate, and drive remediation of production issuesBuild strong working relationships across the firm, with particular focus on Market Risk, Technology, and Change teamsPartner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project deliveryAct as the primary Market Risk subject matter expert for technology-driven initiatives Skills & ExperienceTechnical & Functional Expertise Strong background in business analysis with a solid understanding of the full project lifecycleProven experience gathering and documenting business requirements and functional specificationsHands-on experience defining test strategies and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT
