You will be supported by two graduates to lead the documentation of an AS-IS business scenario for a loans department. The department requires significant organisation and clarity. You and your team will understand the existing situation, including partnerships with a large number of 3rd parties and streamline it whilst also integrating processes and department documentation with CRM's and AI systems for automation. The end result will be a selling of sections of the loan book, better analysis of bad loans and the state of the bad loan book and, finally, more efficient and automated processes for the sale or improvement of bad loans.
