On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a Business Analyst for a for an initial 6-12 month contract based in the banks Canary Wharf London Offices, on a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 from home on a PAYE day rate engagement. Purpose of the role: The successful candidate will join as a Business Analyst on a regulatory change programme within the bank. This is a hybrid BA role, working closely with both business and IT stakeholders, focused on translating regulatory and business requirements into clear, deliverable outcomes. What you'll do: The role sits within the AMLA Regulatory Requirements Programme, where you will act as a bridge between Policy/Legal, the business and IT teams. You will take complex and sometimes ambiguous regulatory requirements, break them down into clear business impacts, and translate them into structured requirements for IT delivery. The work can be treated as a series of "mini projects", requiring proactive engagement with stakeholders to understand needs and drive solutions.
