The BA will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, IT teams, data stewards, and the PIM vendor to ensure the system is effectively designed, configured, and adopted to meet business requirements for product data management, enrichment, governance, and distribution. Objectives Ensure the PIM solution meets business needs for managing product data throughout the product lifecycle. Define and validate business requirements, workflows, data models, and governance processes. Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders and technical implementation teams. Support successful adoption through training, documentation, and post-launch optimisation. Key Responsibilities in the role: Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions. Document current-state product data processes, pain points, and system landscape. Define future-state workflows for product onboarding, data enrichment, approval, and publishing. Develop detailed business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Collaborate with data stewards to define product taxonomy, categories, attributes, and relationships.
