Business Analyst - 6 month rolling contract - £450 - £500 per day (outside iR35) We are seeking an experienced Contract Business Analyst with payments and FinTech expertise to support ongoing product and platform initiatives. This role requires strong experience delivering end-to-end change across regulated payments environments. WE CANNOT CONSIDER YOUR APPLICATION IF YOU DON'T HAVE A PAYMENTS OR STRONG FINTECH BACKGROUND As an experienced Business Analyst, you will demonstrate proven capability in as-is / to-be analysis, product-led delivery, and complex stakeholder engagement across technology and commercial teams, globally. Key Responsibilities Lead detailed as-is discovery across card issuing, processing, and payments workflowsDefine and document clear to-be operating models, process flows, and system interactionsTranslate business and product requirements into high-quality documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps)Work closely with Product Owners to shape and refine roadmap initiativesFacilitate workshops across Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Commercial teamsDrive impact assessments and gap analysis across payments platformsSupport UAT, defect triage, and production readiness activitiesEnsure traceability from requirements through to delivery Required Experience Strong payments experience (essential)Issuing, prepaid, virtual cards, digital walletsCard lifecycle management (authorisation, clearing, settlement, chargebacks)Scheme integrations and processor connectivityProven background in FinTech environmentsExperience working with modern payments platforms / APIsStrong as-is to to-be transformation experienceDeep understanding of payments regulations and compliance considerationsExperi
