This position is ideal for someone who enjoys analysing complex problems, engaging with stakeholders, and driving impactful technology solutions. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, shaping solutions, and supporting the delivery of business-critical initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead business analysis for small projects or workstreams within larger transformation programmes.Gather and document clear, actionable business and functional requirements.Work closely with project managers, product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to define solutions that meet business goals.Provide recommendations to improve processes and ensure delivery aligns with project objectives.Support delivery planning, estimation, and reporting in line with governance standards.Ensure all activities align with internal processes, compliance requirements, and overall technology strategy.
