Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. This position requires proficiency in various administrative tasks, including setting up business systems, managing timesheets and invoicing, and effective communication with clients and team members. Experience with Xero is beneficial, however training will be provided. Strong capability using the Microsoft office suite is desirable for success in this role.

Duties

  • Set up tasks and projects for the team to log time.
  • Export timesheets into excel and check carefully. Submit with invoices.
  • Create document templates in word and excel.
  • Utilise Xero for financial record-keeping and invoicing processes.
  • Answer phone calls with professional etiquette, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
  • Assist in the organisation of meetings, including scheduling appointments and preparing necessary materials.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
  • Proficiency usung Xero is desirable.
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent data management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: £23,546.00-£25,187.00 per year
