About
Answering and managing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring clients receive an excellent first impression
Handling emails efficiently and politely, supporting clear communication with clients and colleagues
Organising and maintaining files and records, including confidential legal documents, in line with office procedures
Photocopying and scanning important paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
Inputting data into case management systems to support solicitors and office operations
Assisting with general administration tasks and taking on ad-hoc duties as required by management

A positive and professional attitude with strong communication skills
Good attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, and databases)
