A national property consultancy is seeking a Building Surveyor to join their team. This Building Surveyor role offers exposure to a wide range of building surveying services, including project management, contract administration, dilapidations, landlord and tenant advice, pre-acquisition surveys, and technical due diligence. The Building Surveyor will work across commercial property portfolios and liaise directly with clients. This role provides the opportunity to develop core Building Surveyor skills while gaining practical experience on multiple projects. The Company? The Role As the Building Surveyor, you will manage and deliver professional surveying services while working closely with clients and internal teams. You will support business development, prepare technical documentation, and contribute to the smooth delivery of projects. The role will include: Managing project briefs and preparing specifications and tender documentation Undertaking dilapidations, party wall advice, and landlord/tenant instructions Conducting pre-acquisition surveys and technical due diligence Preparing schedules of condition, defects analysis, and building pathology reports Administering JCT building contracts and supporting project management Building and maintaining client relationships and liaising with contractors and consultants The Building Surveyor?
