helm at our site in Kinsale, Ireland - a thriving, large-scale campus with 50+
buildings, 1,400+ clients, and over 100 ] team members working alongside specialist
contractors.

Your Impact
As our Building Services Engineer, you'll:
● Own site-wide technical performance - delivering excellence in safety, compliance,
and operational standards.
● Supporting a team of 8+ skilled technical staff.
● Manage key systems including BMS, Maximo, GMARS (or similar).
● Champion GMP compliance and the highest HSE standards.f
● Drive efficiency with KPI monitoring and continuous improvement projects.
● Demonstrate attention to documentation and reporting.
● Build trusted partnerships with our client and key on-site stakeholders.
● Use CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems) to schedule and
track maintenance tasks.
