This includes meticulously managing the 'golden thread' of information to provide clear and transparent evidence of our safety standards to both customers and the Building Safety Regulator (BSR).Essential intrusive investigations will be directed, and complex remediation projects will be managed end-to-end, proactively addressing any safety concerns and implementing necessary solutions to enhance customer safety and peace of mind.
