This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement and the opportunity to contribute to a proactive and professional team.Key Responsibilities:• Assess and approve Full Plans, Building Notices, and Regularisation applications in accordance with Building Regulations and associated legislation• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved plans and statutory requirements• Provide expert advice to developers, architects, and the general public on building control matters• Investigate and resolve reports of dangerous structures and unauthorised works• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to support the delivery of safe and compliant developments• Keep up to date with changes in legislation, technical guidance, and best practicesAre you a building control surveyor and are you interested in this role?
