Assignment: Local Water Well & Reservoir (SWEET Project, Tamil Nadu) Background This task is part of the project with SWEET (Society for Women Education and Economic Thrust) in Tamil Nadu, India. located at: Veedur & Post, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District, Pin: 605652, Tamil Nadu State, India. The goal is to build a sustainable water supply (well and reservoir) for their vegetable garden and fruit orchard. Your Task: Find local companies (around Veedur, Tindivanam, or Pochampalli/Pocherry, approx. 30–40 minutes away) that: • Drill and construct water wells (borewells or open wells). • Build small water reservoirs or rainwater harvesting systems. Get quotations from at-least three companies for water well and water reservoir construction.
