About the Role As the Building and Technical Services Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our client’s campus facilities and technical services are maintained to a high standard, providing a safe and welcoming environment for their students and staff. You will lead a dedicated team, working to enhance the student experience through effective management of campus premises, equipment, and health and safety standards. What You’ll Do: Develop and implement a Campus Estates Strategy in collaboration with the Campus Dean, including management of Opex and Capex projects.Lead and manage the Building and Technical Services team, ensuring resources are deployed effectively to support the student experience.Oversee the setup, maintenance, and safety of campus buildings, rooms, and equipment.Ensure accessibility of facilities and technical services for all staff, students, and visitors, collaborating with relevant departments to meet individual needs.Manage health and safety compliance, ensuring the campus adheres to all policies, protocols, and legal requirements.Oversee building security, opening, and closing procedures, as well as liaising with external contractors for services like cleaning
