What We're Building A lean MVP that replaces 1-to-1 onboarding calls with an automated, personalised assessment system for new clients. How it works: Client completes a questionnaire about their business situation Based on their answers, they receive a custom, pre recorded content Roadmap pulls from a library of pre-made video lessons, exercises, and resources Content is delivered in a logical sequence tailored to their specific needs The goal: Prove the concept quickly and efficiently. We're prioritizing speed and functionality over custom development. About me I’m a business coach that works exclusively with award winning creative studio founders (designers, animators, production teams) to help them attract higher value clients and do more impactful work. This tool will eventually be used across all of our programs to deliver personalised coaching at scale. What We Need (MVP Essentials Only) Core Functionality: 1. Smart Questionnaire Multiple choice and conditional questions Simple branching logic based on responses Done using multiple choice questions, not within a chat window 2. Content Delivery Based on Answers Generate personalized roadmap from questionnaire responses Pull from library of pre-created content (videos, PDFs) Deliver content in phases/modules appropriate to their situation 3. Basic Progress Tracking Simple way to see if client has viewed/completed each section Notification when client hasn't engaged or completed content Basic analytics (doesn't need to be fancy) Some form of task management or assignment 4. Simple, Clean Experience Easy to navigate on desktop and mobile Minimal design that doesn't look like a hack job Timeline: 1-2 weeks (we're realistic about scope) Platform Flexibility We're platform agnostic but the content needs to be contained within a single app such as Notion or a custom web app. It should be easy for them to access from both mobile and desktop. What matters most: Easy for non-technical team to update content Works reliably and looks professional Can be iterated on quickly as we test Can be developed further into a more robust system We don't need: Custom authentication systems Fancy admin dashboards Perfect UI/UX Complex integrations (yet) Ideal Candidate You're a strong fit if you: Build automation systems and know when to use existing tools vs. custom code Have experience with conditional logic and content delivery workflows Can assess requirements and recommend the smartest technical approach Work fast and pragmatically (MVP mindset, not over-engineering) Have built similar assessment/onboarding flows before Communicate clearly and can explain your reasoning Bonus points: Experience with AI/LLM integrations Familiar with coaching/course delivery systems Comfortable with Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or similar automation platforms Have opinions on the best tool for this job (we value expertise) Not a fit if you: Only know how to build custom code solutions from scratch Need extensive requirements docs before you can move Over-complicate simple problems Don't have experience with similar projects Why This Matters Beyond One Project This is a test project for potential long-term collaboration.
