We create livestreams, courses, and community content for millions worldwide and are scaling toward 5,000+ members with our upcoming MAX: Virtual Oracle™ system. We’re seeking a Brand & Operations Manager to oversee all non-creative operations — serving as the founder’s integrator, problem-solver, and operational backbone. 🧭 Mission Your goal: build and maintain a self-sustaining ecosystem so the founder focuses solely on creative work, livestreams, and brand leadership — not daily operations. You’ll own all systems, teams, and processes across tech, customer experience, and operations. 🎯 Core Responsibilities 1️⃣ Systems, Automation & Tech Oversee all tools and integrations (Zoho, Supabase, ConvertKit, Stripe, Mux, etc.). - Maintain the health of GreatAwakener.com, MAX: Your Virtual Oracle Gateway, The Tarot Ship (YouTube), and our Shopify store. - Troubleshoot or delegate any tech issue (uploads, logins, checkout, automations). - Create and manage the support ticketing system. - Manage developer relationships, timelines, and QA. - Audit platform health and propose improvements proactively. 2️⃣ Customer Support & Member Experience - Supervise support staff and regularly review HelpScout templates. - Approve all support communications for tone and accuracy. - Track escalations, trends, and member sentiment weekly. - Maintain a dashboard for satisfaction, response times, and cancellations. - Oversee onboarding, win-back, and retention campaigns. - Troubleshoot any Virtual Oracle or site-related issue promptly. 3️⃣ Contractor & Vendor Management - Oversee contractors (social, content, devs, support, marketing). - Manage instructor/expert partnerships — onboarding one new expert weekly. - Hold authority to replace underperformers and hire new vendors. - Track deliverables, timelines, and budgets. - Run weekly all-hands meetings (with or without founder presence). 4️⃣ Operations & Workflow Optimization - Build SOPs for all recurring tasks: uploads, archives, newsletters, courses. - Automate redundant work between tools and systems. - Ensure project management and communication tools stay organized. - Maintain operational documentation and training materials. 5️⃣ Reporting & Growth - Send weekly reports (Fridays) including: - Key metrics: new members, churn, engagement, revenue, uptime. - Key insights: wins, blockers, and recommendations. - Lead a 15-minute Monday sync with the founder. 6️⃣ Marketing, Social Media & Brand Execution - Oversee the Marketing/Content Lead to ensure timely launches and newsletters. - Approve marketing copy and creative assets when needed. - Monitor campaign performance (CTR, sign-ups, conversions). - Coordinate with the Social Media Manager for daily posting cadence. - Lead the Member Perks partnership outreach campaign — 10+ partnerships by Dec 1. 📈 Success Metrics: You’ll be directly responsible for maintaining strong operational and growth performance across key areas. Targets include achieving +200 net new members per month (with a $500 performance bonus), keeping customer response times under 24 hours, ensuring tech downtime stays below 1% monthly, and maintaining 100% on-time project delivery. Additionally, you’ll work to reduce the founder’s operational involvement to under 15 minutes per week and sustain a member retention rate of 90%+ month-over-month.
