Job Summary

  • Looking for an opportunity to flex your creative and strategic skills in a dynamic, growth focused environment on a 12-month maternity contract? We are seeking a Brand Manager for a fixed-term maternity cover contract to lead the development and execution of campaigns aimed at growing Ruggable’s brand awareness and engagement.
  • You'll manage activations with PR, influencer and other partners to create impactful moments that bring Ruggable's story to life across multiple touchpoints. From coordinating product launches and seasonal campaigns to identifying strategic partnership opportunities, you'll play a key role in amplifying our brand message and expanding our reach to new audiences across the UK and European markets.
  • Given our focus on European expansion, German language skills are essential for this position. At Ruggable we value collaborative teammates who excel at problem-solving and have an innate drive to make an impact. This role is London based with a hybrid schedule (3 days per week in office).

What You’ll Do

  • Working closely with the Europe Marketing Director and cross-functional partners (creative, social, influencer, acquisition) to seamlessly develop and execute brand campaigns and marketing projects
  • Lead quarterly and long-term brand planning for the UK and Europe
  • Working in partnership with our global Marketing team and take the lead on project management for Europe—leading meetings and team communications as needed to ensure we are seamlessly working together and/or aware of all major project planning
  • Effectively and efficiently manage our PR agency partner in order to create and execute communications initiatives across brand and product stories, partnerships, events, etc
  • Constantly have a pulse on marketing trends across industries, with a specific focus on E-commerce, lifestyle brands, and home decor
  • Monitor brand health and identify trends/insights from our social listening platform and brand awareness surveys
  • Proactively identify and evaluate brand growth opportunities through new marketing channels, partnerships/agencies, campaigns, and more
  • Manage Brand Strategy budget, report on major Brand initiatives and efforts on a recurring basis and effectively set and manage to KPIs

What You’ll Need to Have

Required

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Brand Management/ Marketing and/or Growth marketing
  • Proven track record of developing, executing and optimising groundbreaking marketing campaigns, growing brand KPIs
  • Experience working with in-house creative teams and external agency partners
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once and the desire to bring structure to undefined procedures
  • Strong integrated channel experience, with a focus on digital channels, PR and ATL
  • Ability to think strategically about the big picture and quickly dive into the details
  • Strong understanding of data, data analysis, and KPIs, with ability to combine business data with consumer insights
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally with key stakeholders and executives
  • Flexible and comfortable with a fast-paced, always changing environment
  • Fluency in English and German language

Preferred

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or e-commerce company
  • Prior experience working across multiple European territories
