This is a hands-on leadership role with full P&L responsibility and the scope to grow and shape a high-performing team.The ideal candidate will have a proven background in industrial or logistics recruitment, combined with a passion for winning business, developing staff, and driving operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading and developing a team of recruitment consultants and support staffDriving new business and expanding the client base across the North WestManaging key accounts and ensuring high levels of client satisfactionOverseeing compliance, H&S, and legal requirements across all placementsMonitoring branch KPIs, performance targets, and financial goalsRecruiting, onboarding, and mentoring new team membersTaking ownership of day-to-day branch operations and commercial decisionsCandidate ProfilePrevious experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Consultant in industrial and/or driving recruitmentProven success in business development and team leadershipStrong knowledge of recruitment compliance and operational proceduresFull UK driving licence (essential)Confident communicator with strong commercial awarenessSalary & BenefitsBasic salary of £40,000Uncapped commission schemePerformance-related bonusCompany car or allowance25
