Day-to-day of the role: Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to drive performance and achieve KPIs.Coach and develop team members, focusing on individual performance through regular one-to-one meetings.Generate new and repeat business while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers.Arrange property viewings, negotiate offers, and agree on sales, ensuring all activities comply with regulatory standards.Develop and action business plans specific to your branch and assess the performance of local competitors. Required Skills & Qualifications: Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator, Property Valuer position, or higher.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build trusting relationships.Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency.Ability to manage high volume and time-sensitive workloads.Outstanding customer service reputation.Strong IT skills, including proficiency in basic Microsoft packages.Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail.
