I am hiring a solo freelance bookkeeper with strong Business Central experience. No agencies or teams. If you cannot do the work yourself, please do not apply. About the engagement • One year of historical entries to post initially • Ongoing weekly work afterwards • Up to 5 hours per week ongoing Must-have experience • Three to five years hands-on bookkeeping in Business Central • Strong project accounting knowledge in Business Central • Confident with dimensions setup and usage in reporting and postings • Skilled with journals, recurring journals, deferrals, and adjustments • Bank reconciliations including statement imports and matching • Clean GRN to invoice matching, vendor and customer reconciliations • English communication that is clear and professional • Exceptional Excel and attention to detail and accuracy Nice to have • Experience preparing month end packs from Business Central • Familiarity with fixed assets and UK VAT returns in BC What you will do • Post backlog entries for the past year with clear audit trail • Maintain weekly bookkeeping: AP, AR, journals, reconciliations • Keep project accounting tidy: correct dimensions, WIP and revenue recognition steps as directed • Produce tidy schedules and reconcile to the general ledger How to apply • Brief note on your Business Central bookkeeping background • Two examples of similar BC bookkeeping projects with scope and your role Only apply if you meet the experience required and can personally deliver the work.
