Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently supporting an organisation based in Tetbury who are looking to appoint a Bookkeeper on a temporary basis for two months. This role is on a part-time basis of 4 days a week, has free parking and hybrid working options available. Role: Bookkeeper Start date: End of January Duration: 2 months Money: £32,000 - £35,000 Working hours: 30 hours spread across 4 days a week Responsibilities: Ensuring financial transactions are recorded accurately and up to date using Xero Monthly BACS and supplier payments Managing monthly Payroll using 3rd party provider Quarterly VAT return Maintaining sales ledger - Minimal Till and bank reconciliations Skills/experience needed: Previous experience in a similar role Previous experience managing payroll High attention to detail Computer literate Ability to take accountability and work pro-actively Experience using Xero Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
