📌 Job Overview: I run a small UK-based service business as a sole trader. I’m looking for a bookkeeper to: • Set up either Xero or QuickBooks Online • Import and categorise past expenses (approx. 300 transactions) • Get everything organised and ready to hand over to my accountant • Possibly continue with monthly or quarterly bookkeeping if it’s a good fit I’ll be handling invoicing and payments myself, but I want someone to take care of the bookkeeping side, starting with the setup. 🛠️ Scope of Work: • Set up Xero or QuickBooks Online • Ensure bank feeds are set up correctly • Import and categorise approx. 300 historical transactions/expenses • Set up a clean, simple system I can continue using easily • Optional: brief written guide or Loom video showing key steps • Ongoing monthly or quarterly bookkeeping (if we agree to continue) ✅ Requirements: • Experience doing bookkeeping for UK sole traders • Confident using Xero and/or QuickBooks Online • Good understanding of UK expense categories and basic compliance • Strong attention to detail • Good written English • Able to start promptly 💬 When you apply, please tell me: 1.
