Our client is a leading international talent management company. They represent a number of high profile artists and bands in the music industry. They would like to recruit a senior bookkeeper with music industry experience for their growing finance team in London.Your main duties will include:- General bookkeeping for various entities- Preparing VAT returns- Preparing management accounts- Assisting with year end accounting- Processing payment runs- Liaising with external accountants (which act for artists)You will be working within a small and friendly finance team and help to supervise a junior bookkeeper. The company allow hybrid working (currently 3 days a week in the office and 2 days from home). One of the perks of working for the company is that staff are given tickets to shows and events.To be considered for this position, you must:- Have a minimum of 3 years bookkeeping experience- Have experience of working for either a talent management company or for an accountancy firm which specialises in music- Have good initiative and be able to work independently- Ideally be AAT qualified or qualified by experienceIf you are interested in joining this friendly, well-established company and meet the above criteria, please apply today
