About
The role will initially be 2 days per week (times/days can be flexible) and this can grow overtime for those wishing for more hours.
Tasks as follows:-
• Record customer payments and allocate to invoices
• Process invoices received into Xero
• Process bills received into Xero
• Process bank transactions (e.g. using bank feeds or manual reconciliation)
• Maintain and update accounting records (Xero)
• Chase outstanding payments (light credit control)
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Update cash flow forecasts
• Prepare and send out customer statements
• Generate management reports (P&L, balance sheet, etc.)
• Process staff expense claims
