Job Description
This role is an excellent starting point within the business, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to look behind the scenes of a fast-growing Language Service Provider working 8.30am-5pm, Monday - Friday.
As a Booking Coordinator, based in the Sign Solutions Agency Department, you will provide support to all areas within the business, as well as communicating with our Language Service Professionals (LSPs) and clients. The role offers a great opportunity to learn a wide variety of skills within a fast-paced growing area of the business.
We are looking for highly organised, self motivated, quick thinking individuals to join our successful and ever expanding team.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- To manage a constant flow of inbound & outbound contacts in a professional manner, booking LSPs onto relevant jobs, resolving queries and liaising with other departments;
- Effective Diary Management including co-ordination, sourcing, allocation & re-allocation of staff and freelance LSPs
- Multitasking between contacts, alongside handling a consistent volume of emails from clients and LSPs
- Coordinate with LSPs to schedule and confirm appointments;
- Facilitate immediate connections for LSPs to video appointments;
- Confidently negotiate with the LSPs booking related aspects considering approval guidance provided
- Maintaining professional communication with LSPs and clients regarding their bookings when dealing with queries;
- Prioritizing tasks within the team, showing organization, quick thinking and flexibility;
- Assist other departments when support is required;
- Ensure timely escalation of customer and system issues to relevant departments;
- Troubleshooting to ensure we provide the best possible service in unexpected scenarios;
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing customer needs effectively.
- Client liaison to ensure the accurate recording of LSP requests, including the extraction of required information in a professional manner
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and represent the company in a professional manner when liaising with such clients
- Management of key clients
Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience of working in fast paced, pressurised environment

- Be able to attend head office during training period (which can vary from 2 weeks or more) in Redditch, Worcestershire.
