Renaissance Foundation is a specialist youth charity providing support to young carers and patients aged 12-18. Our mission is to inspire these young people to reach their full potential and embark on their own journey of renewal. We do this through a three-stage programme that focuses on strengthening their resilience, developing their soft skills, and raising their aspirations.
