For us to discuss Presentation brief/Thoughts - 20-minute time slot to present on S&OP (Sales and Operational planning) and Procurement. - Messages I need to hit as follows - We need new slides for S&OP element. 3-5 slides. - I need to tell a story and really use my time allocation to link in to how my elements help us achieve overall strategy. - This is now for the board, so let’s take our game up again! - Is the ‘Procurement value bridge’ strong enough as a slide? This is a major element, can we re-visit visuals for this? Make it jump out of the page - I think we need to get a very strong summary/next steps slide together for the ending, tie the story back in.
