We’re looking for a skilled Blog Content Editor who can take our AI-generated drafts (and YouTube-to-blog conversions) and turn them into polished, accurate, high-value content. We already have a strong framework that’s working well, but we want to level up the quality, improve clarity, enhance structure, and ensure every blog delivers genuine insight rather than generic AI fluff. This is an ongoing role editing content for one of our clients in the automotive space. What You’ll Be Doing - Edit and refine AI-generated blog drafts (typically 500-2000+ words). - Improve overall flow, clarity, personality, and readability. - Perform fact-checking to ensure technical accuracy (important). - Light restructuring when needed to improve the narrative and SEO value. - Maintain consistency with the client’s tone and content framework. - Ensure content meets a high editorial standard and doesn’t read like AI. - Each blog typically requires around 1 hour of improvement and cleanup. Ideal Candidate - Strong editorial skills with a great eye for clarity, structure, and accuracy. - Experience editing AI-generated content (we use Claude ai currently). - Ability to transform rough drafts into polished, engaging blog posts. - Comfortable fact-checking, especially on technical topics. Bonus: Experience writing or editing in the automotive industry: off-road, aftermarket parts, or vehicle mods is a huge plus. What We Don’t Want - Editors who simply rewrite sentences for the sake of rewriting. - People who over-complicate content or add unnecessary fluff. - Surface-level edits with no attention to accuracy.
