You'll play a key part in that journey, helping to grow relationships with biotech customers across the Golden Triangle while developing new business and strategic partnerships. What you'll be doing Manage and grow a portfolio of biotech customers across Oxford, Cambridge and LondonDevelop account plans and strategies that drive revenue, volume and profitabilityIdentify new opportunities and onboard new customersAct as the main point of contact for your accounts, supporting them end-to-endWork collaboratively with internal teams (Product, Procurement, Marketing) and external suppliersKeep up to date with market trends, new technologies and competitor activityRepresent the business at exhibitions and industry events What we're looking for Experience in biotech or scientific sales, with good understanding of the biotech marketPrevious field based sales experience managing your own territoryConfident, consultative communicator able to build relationships at all levelsSelf motivated, proactive and commercially focusedKeen to be part of a collaborative, people-first culture What's on offer Competitive salary £40,000 - £55,000 + 25% bonus Company car or car allowance25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdownComprehensive induction and ongoing developmentFreedom to manage your
