About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Bid Manager, focused on Frameworks, to join a growing work-winning team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in securing places on major national and regional frameworks that underpin the company’s continued growth.In this role, you will lead the creation of compelling, compliant and scoring-optimised written submissions for framework-level bids. You will shape and produce high-quality responses for PQQs, SQs, ITTs while being a key member of the collaborative culture. Key ResponsibilitiesProduce clear, persuasive and fully compliant written responses for framework submissions across national and regional opportunities.Translate technical, project and operational information into engaging, high-impact narrative that meets the evaluation criteria and maximises scoring potential.Create well-structured, tailored bid libraries and frameworks content to support future tender efficiency.About YouWe’d love to hear from you if you have:Proven experience writing framework-level bids within construction, built environment or related sectors.A superb ability to craft clear, concise, compelling written content that scores highly.Strong understanding of public-sector procurement (PQQ/SQ/ITT) and framework requirements.Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and deadline management.
